Sausage and Potato Soup

In a medium stockpot melt the butter and brown the sausages.

Once brown, add the celery and the onions, and saute for 5 minutes.

Sprinkle the flour over the mixture, and whisk in to prevent lumps.

Slowly stir in the chicken stock, cream, milk, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper

Simmer until potatoes are just tender
