Crab Puffs

Thanks to our love of Oriental foods we have become hooked on the great Crab Puff. By making friends with the owner of a local oriental restaurant in Lakeland, Fl., we finally got the recipe from him and have loved them ever since. We even bought our Won Ton Wrappers from the man! -Brannon

 ½ lb Crab Meat, cooked
 4 oz Cream Cheese, softened
 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley
 1 tsp Fresh Dill
 1 tsp Garlic Salt
 1 pkg of small Won Ton Wrappers (16oz)
 2 cups Oil, for deep frying

Heat oil in large, heavy saucepan to 375°F.

In a medium bowl, mix together cooked crabmeat, cream cheese and garlic salt.

Spoon a small amount of the mixture in the middle of a Won Ton Wrapper, fold it over and seal. Repeat.

In small batches, carefully place the won tons into the hot oil. Fry for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.
