When we lived in Lakeland, I fell in love with Olive Garden’s Alfredo Sauce and breadsticks. Over a few months, Hall was able to break down the recipe and perfect it, giving us today this yummy recipe that is good on nearly everything!

Okay...so yum!! This is the best alfredo sauce out there. No need to look anywhere else!
Pair this recipe with pasta and chicken, or use it as a dip for breadsticks, pizza...you name it, it tastes even better with this sauce on it.
First let it be known, DO NOT WALK AWAY FROM THIS ONE. If you do you may end up needing a new kitchen.
In a saucepan combine butter, heavy cream, and cream cheese. Simmer until butter and cream cheese are melted and mixed well, stirring constantly.
Add the shredded Parmesan cheese and continue to stir until melted.
Add Grated Parmesan cheese and garlic powder, stir well and simmer for 15 min on med-low heat, stirring frequently. The last minute or two the sauce will begin to thicken, salt and pepper to taste then.
Strain the sauce through the fine mesh strainer into the large bowl. Place the yummy chunky part into the small bowl / storage container to use later.
Sauce is now ready to be used however you need to use it...combine it with noodles, top off some chicken breast, put it in a bowl for dipping pizza and breadsticks. Options are limitless.
