Instructions
Chicken Marinade:

Chop the chicken in bite size pieces

In a large bowl, add the chicken pieces and top with the soy sauce, garlic powder, salt and white pepper.

Toss the chicken to even coat. And Set aside.
Cooking:

While the chicken is resting, now is a good time to go ahead and mince your garlic and chop the green onions.

In a skillet over high heat, add some vegetable oil to coat the bottom of the pan and add the chicken. Throughly cook the chicken.

Remove the chicken and place in a bowl. Set aside.
Sauce:

Turn down the heat, and in the same skillet, add the green onions greens and garlic. Cook for a 30-45 seconds, and then add the soy sauce, butter, mirin and honey. Stir and to combine.

Allow the sauce to reduce some.
Combine & Serve:

Once the sauce has reduced somewhat and is a bit thicker, add the chicken back in and toss to coat.
